Project Management
Our project management staff includes experienced epidemiologists, biostatisticians, quality control and data handling experts, and senior laboratory personnel, depending on the nature of the study. Project managers are supported by research assistants, forms designers and survey experts, application programmers and Web developers, technical laboratory personnel, and documentary and archiving specialists.
Our project managers are our liaisons with our clients and provide research support, assistance with study design, and timely feedback throughout the study. They manage the maintenance of the study management information systems, successful recruitment and retention of participants and maintaining high response rates, data design and data handling and statistical consulting procedures to ensure quality results, supervision of subcontractors and vendors, coordination of specimen collections, and the capabilities of a large telephone research center.
